On 5 October 2026 a fact-checker who did not write the hub took the claims a founder would act on: the ten points and summary tables in The read, the six numbers on the home page, the decision-relevant facts in The wedge and Germany, and the pricing and revenue lines in Instantly and Smartlead. Each claim was checked only against the URL cited inline next to it, fetched that day, and graded CONFIRMED (the source says it), PARTLY (the source supports a weaker or different version), NOT FOUND (the source does not say it), WRONG (the source contradicts it) or UNREACHABLE. Where a claim was WRONG or PARTLY, the page was edited minimally to match the source, keeping the original link; no page was restructured.

Tally
52 claims checked: 44 CONFIRMED, 6 PARTLY, 1 WRONG, 0 NOT FOUND, 0 UNREACHABLE, and 1 not applicable (internal tables). Every PARTLY and WRONG claim was edited to match its source, so no :::flag callouts were needed. The edit that matters most is the home-page headline: the market is $0.22–0.32B ARR, not $0.25–0.35B, by the hub's own sum.
Round 2 — 2026-10-05
Independent check of the buyer directory and the search and agent-email pages. Sources were fetched on 5 October 2026 (curl and WebFetch).
Sample (Part A). 24 entries: the 12 highest-fit entries (fit 5, taken in file order eu → gtm → operators; 17 entries tie at fit 5) plus 12 drawn from the rest with Python random.seed(7); random.sample(rest, 12). Each entry got five checks: (1) the company exists at the website, (2) the person publicly holds the role, (3) the stack claim is supported, (4) the pain signal matches its source, (5) no personal contact data.
Part A: buyer directory
| Claim/Entry | File | Grade | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadLead BangBang: Xavier Coiffard, Founder & CEO; Smartlead API; "manually triaging replies… is not realistic" | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None. The case study names him "Founder and CEO" |
| letstrike: Charles Moriceau, co-founder; pain signal says blacklisting "forced their move to managed infrastructure" | buyers-eu.json | PARTLY | The case study says blacklisting "grew stricter" and that you now need "advanced domain health". It does not say this forced a move. Pain signal reworded to quote the source. Role set to the site's "CTO & Co-founder" (Max is CEO) |
| Danish Lead Co.: Frederik Jakobsen, Co-founder & CEO; Instantly → Smartlead; replies "became operationally demanding" | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Experiment5m (EU entry): Piotr Mikrut, Founder; Smartlead + Clay; clients "struggled to view and respond…" | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None. The same agency also has an entry in buyers-gtm.json (see below) |
| Growth Engine X: Eric Nowoslawski; pain signal places the Make analytics "across Smartlead/Instantly" | buyers-gtm.json | PARTLY | OpsKings says he built his own analytics in Make.com. The Smartlead/Instantly/OutboundSync reporting was OpsKings' fix, not his. Pain signal reworded. Website updated to coldoutbound.com, where growthenginex.com now redirects (still branded Growth Engine X) |
| StackOptimise: Felix Frank, Founder; Clay, Smartlead, n8n, Make | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| GenFlows: Wouter Harink, CEO & Founder; Smartlead API + Airtable + Make | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| closed:in: Max Münstermann, "Founder" | buyers-gtm.json | PARTLY | The team page lists two co-founders, Jurre Groot and Max. Role changed to "Co-founder (with Jurre Groot)" and closedin.io/team added to the sources. Stack and the Endresz quote are confirmed |
| OneThousandPieces: Alexis Lacabane, CEO & Co-founder; "Certified on the stack we build on" | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None (Smartlead lists him as CEO; HeyReach as co-founder) |
| Nebor: person null; same-hour reply routing | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None. The site names co-founder Andrew van Rossenberg; the person field was left null |
| Leadmoves: Noah Gill, Founder; "had to manually check each inbox" | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Cymate: Wesley Hoang, Co-founder; "Official Partners" list | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Experiment5m (GTM entry): Clay profile names Smartlead, Apollo, Woodpecker | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None. This duplicates the EU entry, so one should be merged later |
| Fenixtal: Omar Abdalla, Founder; "punch above our weight" testimonial | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Saleslift Studio: stack includes Instantly | buyers-gtm.json | PARTLY | Neither the homepage nor the Clay profile mentions Instantly; the homepage lists Salesloft, lemlist, Leadinfo and Clay. Stack changed to Clay, lemlist, Salesloft, HubSpot. The legitimate-interest quote is confirmed |
| Prospectiv: David Sinclair-Black; website prospectiv.io | buyers-operators.json | WRONG | prospectiv.io now redirects to an unrelated Vietnamese football-scores site (esharh.net), and the Instantly expert listing returns 404. The 2023 case study and the Smartlead partner page still confirm the person and the pain signal. Website set to null, fit 4 → 3, two dead sources removed |
| Halfwarm: Maximilian Jendrall, CEO; pay-per-inbox "impractical" | buyers-eu.json | PARTLY | Person, role, stack and quote are confirmed. halfwarm.com and halbwarm.com both 302 to an ad-parking page (1d.de, "No advertisers available"), so the agency's current operation is unverified. Website set to null, fit 4 → 3 |
| H2 (formerly Studio Novus): Jack Hayward, Co-founder; Smartlead "primary source of truth" | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Restaurant Results Partner: Jeremy Hood, Founder; "replies went to almost zero" | buyers-operators.json | UNREACHABLE | The case study confirms the person and the quote. restaurantresults.co fails (expired TLS certificate; Cloudflare error 1001 over HTTP). No edit; fit already 2 |
| Peakora: Lucas Maliczak, Outbound Lead & Partner; HubSpot marketplace listing | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | The HubSpot listing exists but was not cited, so ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/solutions/peakora was added to the sources |
| EraB2B: Louis Deslus, Founder; white-label and API automations | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None. The case study says "founder and technical director". The Smartlead partner card says "Head of Growth", his earlier job title |
| Kinetyca: Matteo Fois, Founder; Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot | buyers-gtm.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| UpscaleB2B: Huzaifa Majeed; "reply management via our proprietary AI agents" | buyers-operators.json | CONFIRMED | None |
| Tirvio: Sascha Lang, Geschäftsführer; "The reply agent and the AI side of that is really helpful…" | buyers-eu.json | CONFIRMED | None. The Impressum names him Geschäftsführer of Sascha Lang Consulting Verwaltung GmbH |
| Contact-data scan, all 123 entries in the three files (regex for emails, phone numbers, street addresses, mailto/tel/wa.me) | all three | CONFIRMED | Nothing found, nothing removed. The 24 sampled entries also hold no personal contact data |
Part A tally: 24 entries checked: 17 CONFIRMED, 5 PARTLY, 1 WRONG, 1 UNREACHABLE. No company was found not to exist, so no entry was removed. Two websites (Prospectiv, Halfwarm) have lapsed to parking or unrelated pages, and both entries were lowered one fit point.
