The read
The most credible 'Apollo plus deliverability plus AI' bundle for small mid-market teams; small, lightly funded and priced at Outreach levels per seat.

Amplemarket sells an all-in-one outbound platform: contact data, multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone), an AI copilot called Duo, AI voice messages, and a deliverability toolkit. It sits between Apollo.io and Outreach. It has more AI and deliverability tooling than Apollo and is cheaper to roll out than Outreach, and it is sold to teams of 2 to roughly 20 reps.

The surprising fact is how small it is for how loud it is. GetLatka estimates $14.9M ARR in 2024, up from $4.1M in 2022, with 102 employees, and the only priced round on record is a $12M Series A in April 2022. It competes with $150M-ARR Apollo on a fraction of the capital.

What it sells

From the pricing page, October 2026:

  • Data and signals: email and phone credits, job-change alerts, custom data requests.
  • Multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone. See Multichannel steps and Multichannel: LinkedIn, calls, SMS and video.
  • Duo Copilot on every plan. Duo Voice (AI voice messaging) from Growth up.
  • Deliverability: Domain Health Center, "Deliverability Booster" (warmup), spam checker and mailbox recommendations on all plans. See Built-in warmup.

Credit allowances disagree

A ZoomInfo comparison post (May 2026) lists 15,000 / 70,000 / 100,000 email credits per user per year, not the 13,500 / 35,000 / 40,000 on Amplemarket's own page. Trust the vendor page, but expect allowances to be negotiated. The same ZoomInfo post says payments are non-refundable and renewals allow up to a 7% price increase. ZoomInfo is a competitor, so verify this in the order form.

Who uses it and why

Seed to Series B sales teams that want one vendor, not Apollo + Instantly + HeyReach + a dialer. The seat bundles (2, 4, 10 users) are a deliberate fit for In-house SDR teams that are too small for Outreach and too serious for a founder's Apollo account. Case studies cited by 11x, a competitor, include Fini, Agilyx and DataStax, the last as a stack-consolidation story.

Where it is strong

  • Deliverability is in the box. Mailbox health, warmup and mailbox recommendations ship on every plan, which Outreach and Salesloft still leave to the customer's IT team. Up to 8 mailboxes per user on Elite is a nod to multi-inbox sending, even though it is far from Instantly-scale rotation (Inbox rotation).
  • Multichannel plus AI voice. Duo Voice is a real differentiator against volume senders that only do email.
  • Consolidation story. It replaces data, sequencer, LinkedIn automation and parts of the dialer for one annual bill.

Where it is weak

  • Price per seat. $300/user/mo at entry is Outreach territory, for a smaller company with less enterprise proof.
  • Annual-only, non-refundable terms. Small teams that churn their SDRs (40% annual attrition, Bridge Group) end up paying for empty seats.
  • Capital. With no disclosed round since 2022, Amplemarket is outspent on AI by Apollo, 11x, Artisan and the suites.
  • Volume ceiling. Credits per user (13,500 emails/yr on Startup, about 1,100/month) cap it as a rep-assisted tool, not a volume engine.
Funding after 2022

We found no Amplemarket round after the 2022 Series A, and no founder-disclosed ARR. Our web search budget ran out before we could check LinkedIn and X posts. The Latka figure is a third-party estimate. The same Latka page claims "20M customers", which is clearly wrong, so treat its numbers as rough.

Trajectory

Amplemarket has repositioned from "AI sales platform" to an AI copilot (Duo) wrapped around multichannel execution, the same pitch as Regie.ai and the AI SDR players. Its moat is product breadth per dollar of funding. Its risk is that Apollo, which now sells mailboxes and warmup and launched an AI GTM System in September 2026, ships the same bundle at a third of the seat price.

What this means for an entrant

  • Amplemarket proves small teams will pay $300/seat for a bundle that includes deliverability. The open question is whether they would pay $100/seat for the same bundle built on volume infrastructure. That price point is empty. See the openings.
  • Copy the seat bundle, not the annual lock-in. A 2/5/10-seat pack with monthly terms and seat swapping (for SDR attrition) would be an obvious improvement.
  • Mailboxes per user is the wrong unit. Amplemarket's 2–8 mailboxes per user ties sending capacity to headcount. An entrant can sell capacity (inboxes, domains) separately from seats. See Pricing strategy.
  • AI voice and LinkedIn are table stakes in this tier. If you target SDR teams rather than agencies, plan Multichannel steps early.
