Saleshandy started in 2015 in Ahmedabad as a Gmail email-tracking extension and a mail-merge tool, then rebuilt itself in 2021 as a cold-email platform (company timeline). Founders are Dhruv Patel and Piyush Patel. By 2026 it sells almost exactly what Instantly sells — unlimited sender accounts, warm-up, inbox rotation, a lead database, agency features — at a lower entry price.
The surprising fact: it is the only classic tool that made unlimited email accounts standard on its cheapest plan. Saleshandy's pricing page promises "no per-seat surprises" — a direct pitch at teams squeezed by seat-based tools.
What it sells
- Sequences with AI-written steps and AI variants, sender and Inbox rotation, warm-up included on all plans (pricing, Oct 2026).
- Lead Finder — a B2B database launched in 2024, now claimed at 852M+ contacts with waterfall enrichment across seven providers. See Built-in lead database.
- Agency features — unlimited clients from the Starter tier; whitelabel on Enterprise. See White-label and agency portals.

Source: saleshandy.com/pricing. Every tier includes unlimited email accounts. The model is Instantly's: meter prospects and sends, not mailboxes.
Saleshandy's Pro plan ($99 monthly, 100,000 emails, unlimited accounts) sits at par with Instantly's Scale plan ($97 monthly for 100,000 emails, June 2026) and adds 4,000 lead credits and 10 users. Feature-for-feature it is cheaper; buyers who stay with the leader are paying for deliverability reputation and ecosystem, not features. See Pricing landscape.
Who uses it and why
Price-sensitive founders, small agencies and teams outside the US who want the Instantly feature set for less (Founders and small B2B teams, Lead-gen agencies, Non-English markets). Its growth came through SEO, word of mouth and a 25% recurring affiliate programme, per the founder in 2023.
Where it is strong
- Price-to-feature ratio. Unlimited accounts plus 1,500 lead credits for $34 is hard to beat.
- Bundled data. Few classic tools combine database, verification and sending at this price.
- Bootstrapped cost base in India lets it hold low prices.
Where it is weak
- Follower positioning. Nothing on the page explains why to choose it over Instantly except price.
- Scale and brand. The last founder-disclosed figure was $125k/month (~$1.5M ARR) and 67 staff in July 2023. Latka estimates even less ($1M for 2023) and about 34 staff in 2026 — a third-party estimate.
- Database quality of an 852M-contact database built on waterfall resale is unproven; we found no independent accuracy test.
No 2025–2026 revenue, customer count or review-site ratings were verified for Saleshandy. Its own pages claim "25,000+ customers" (about page) while Latka lists "100K customers" — neither is audited.
Trajectory
Pivoted and holding. Saleshandy moved from tracking extension to Instantly-style platform between 2021 and 2024, and kept adding data and AI rather than a new wedge. The drop in reported headcount (67 in 2023 per the founder, ~34 in 2026 per Latka's estimate) hints at consolidation, but the sources are not comparable.
The headcount fall is inferred from two different sources (founder interview vs Latka estimate). Treat it as a signal to check, not a fact.
What this means for an entrant
- Feature parity at a lower price is already taken. Saleshandy proves you can clone Instantly cheaply; it does not prove you can grow fast doing it.
- India-based pricing sets the floor. Any entrant pricing below $34/month for unlimited accounts is competing with a bootstrapped team on Indian costs. Compete on something else.
- Data bundling is now expected at entry tiers. If your entry plan has no lead credits, Saleshandy and Snov.io make you look thin.
- Affiliate-led SEO growth works in this category. A 25% recurring affiliate scheme is the norm; budget for it in your Pricing strategy.
