La Growth Machine (LGM) is a French multichannel prospecting tool that runs LinkedIn, email, calls and X steps from one "identity" — a real person's LinkedIn profile plus their mailboxes. It was founded in 2019 by Brice (CEO), Adrien (COO) and Boris (CTO) (about page); Latka names the CEO as Brice Maurin and places the company in Saint-Mandé, east of Paris.
The surprising fact: LGM's own manifesto attacks the volume model head-on — "Volume was never the answer. The campaigns that won weren't the biggest, they were the sharpest". It is the only tool in this section that prices in euros and builds the whole product around a person, not a mailbox.
What it sells
- Multichannel sequences — LinkedIn (including AI voice messages), email, calls and X in one workflow. See Multichannel steps and Multichannel: LinkedIn, calls, SMS and video.
- Rotating inboxes per identity — 5 sending emails per identity on Pro, 10 on Ultimate (pricing, Oct 2026). See Inbox rotation.
- Enrichment — waterfall email enrichment, lookalike companies, LinkedIn intent data. See Contact data and enrichment.
- AI — AI voice messages, AI copywriting, a multichannel inbox, "social warming", and "Claude skills for outreach, campaigns, and replies" referenced on its about page. See AI personalisation.
- CRM sync — HubSpot and Pipedrive on the top tier. See CRM sync.

The pricing fetch returned €120 for both Pro and Ultimate, which is likely a parsing error since Ultimate adds features. Check the live page before quoting the Ultimate price.
LinkedIn accounts, not mailboxes, are the bottleneck in multichannel outreach — each person gets one, with weekly invite limits. Pricing per identity charges for the scarce input and bundles the cheap one (5–10 mailboxes). That is the inverse of Instantly's logic and why per-seat pricing survives here.
Who uses it and why
European SMB sales teams, founders and growth agencies who want LinkedIn and email working together, with the tone of personal outreach rather than bulk email (Founders and small B2B teams, Lead-gen agencies, Non-English markets). The company claims "10,000+ GTM teams" (vendor claim).
Where it is strong
- LinkedIn-first workflows, including voice messages, that pure email tools cannot match.
- European fit — euro pricing and a French team, close to buyers who worry about GDPR and local norms (GDPR and ePrivacy, France).
- Clear philosophy. "Sharp, not big" gives it a message in a market full of volume claims.
Where it is weak
- Capped by LinkedIn. Weekly invite limits and LinkedIn's enforcement against automation cap throughput and add account risk. See HeyReach and Expandi for the LinkedIn-only alternatives.
- Low email ceiling. 5–10 mailboxes per identity is not a cold-email volume engine.
- Scale unknown. No revenue, funding or headcount figure found.
No funding round, revenue estimate, review-site ratings or 2025–2026 launch dates were verified for La Growth Machine. Founding year conflicts: 2019 on its own site, 2020 on Latka.
Trajectory
Steady niche player, adding AI (voice, copy, Claude-based skills) on top of the multichannel core. No acquisition or shutdown found. Its direct rival is lemlist's Multichannel tier, which has far more distribution.
What this means for an entrant
- The European, multichannel, "quality over volume" angle is occupied by two French companies — lemlist (large) and LGM (smaller). A German entrant needs a sharper angle than "European".
- Per-identity pricing is a model worth copying if you add LinkedIn: charge for the human sender, include mailboxes.
- German-language and DACH compliance is still open. Neither LGM nor lemlist is positioned around German law, where cold B2B email is far more restricted than in France. See Germany and EU/EEA country matrix.
- LinkedIn dependence is a platform risk. Any wedge built on LinkedIn automation inherits LinkedIn's enforcement. Keep email as the engine and LinkedIn as a step.
